Mother-in-law's pots - neighbor's samovar
Subject. Tangible, real. "Still life," composed of colorful pots, pans, kettles, and other kitchen utensils – relics of the presence of a specific person (in this case, the deceased artist's mother-in-law), which, losing their previous functions, are "overgrown" with a delicate "web" woven by the author from transparent, fine glass threads. This glass structure, only seemingly reminiscent of dirt and the "dust of forgetfulness" overgrowing clutter in an old attic or marine vegetation and anemones engulfing forgotten wreckage on the seabed. In reality, thanks to glass forms, such commonplace yet personal objects acquire the dimension of artistic relics;
